Ingredients
For Egg Version:
- 2 Eggs
- Onion, Capsicum, Spinach
- Turmeric Powder, Pepper
- Ghee or Coconut Oil
For Vegan Besan Version:
- Besan (gram flour)
- Water to make a smooth batter
- Same vegetables and spices as above
- Ghee or Coconut Oil
Method
Egg Version:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add chopped onion, capsicum, spinach, turmeric, and pepper.
- Heat ghee or coconut oil on a low–medium flame.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and cook slowly on both sides.
Besan (Vegan) Version:
- Make a smooth batter with besan and water.
- Add vegetables and spices.
- Cook on low flame using ghee
