A nourishing and versatile breakfast option that supports thyroid health, reduces hair fall, and is rich in natural protein. Choose between a classic egg base or a wholesome besan (gram flour) version for a vegan twist.

Ingredients

For Egg Version:

  • 2 Eggs
  • Onion, Capsicum, Spinach
  • Turmeric Powder, Pepper
  • Ghee or Coconut Oil

For Vegan Besan Version:

  • Besan (gram flour)
  • Water to make a smooth batter
  • Same vegetables and spices as above
  • Ghee or Coconut Oil

Method

Egg Version:

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. Add chopped onion, capsicum, spinach, turmeric, and pepper.
  3. Heat ghee or coconut oil on a low–medium flame.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan and cook slowly on both sides.

Besan (Vegan) Version:

  1. Make a smooth batter with besan and water.
  2. Add vegetables and spices.
  3. Cook on low flame using ghee
