- Moong dal
- Rice or millets
- Vegetables (lauki, carrot, beans)
- Ghee
- Cumin & Turmeric
Method
- Wash and soak the moong dal and rice/millets together for about 20 minutes.
- In a pressure cooker, add the soaked dal and grains along with chopped vegetables.
- Add turmeric, cumin, and water (slightly more than usual).
- Pressure cook for 3–4 whistles.
- Add ghee after cooking and mix well.
