Hormone-Balancing Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked/ washed poha
  • 1 tbsp roasted seeds mix (flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
  • 1 tsp desi ghee
  • A pinch of cinnamon powder
  • Few soaked almonds

Method

  1. Wash the poha thoroughly and soak it in water for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Drain all the water completely — this step is crucial to avoid sogginess.
  3. In a pan, lightly heat the ghee on a low flame (do not overheat).
  4. Add the drained poha and gently stir for 1–2 minutes on a low flame.
  5. Turn off the flame and add the roasted seeds mix, cinnamon powder, and soaked almonds.
  6. Mix well and serve warm.
