Ingredients
- 1 cup soaked/ washed poha
- 1 tbsp roasted seeds mix (flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
- 1 tsp desi ghee
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- Few soaked almonds
Method
- Wash the poha thoroughly and soak it in water for 2–3 minutes.
- Drain all the water completely — this step is crucial to avoid sogginess.
- In a pan, lightly heat the ghee on a low flame (do not overheat).
- Add the drained poha and gently stir for 1–2 minutes on a low flame.
- Turn off the flame and add the roasted seeds mix, cinnamon powder, and soaked almonds.
- Mix well and serve warm.
